NSG 420 Leadership and Management in Nursing
Prepares students to assume leadership roles in nursing practice. Topics include healthcare systems, quality improvement, patient safety, delegation, conflict management, and healthcare policy. Clinical experiences focus on leadership in nursing teams and organizational settings. 3 credit hours.
