MT 212 Advanced Harmony and Arranging for Worship Ensembles
Building upon contemporary harmonic study, this course focuses on advanced harmonic application and arranging for worship ensembles. Students will develop skills in arranging for rhythm section, vocal teams, and mixed instrumental ensembles, with attention to voicing, texture, range, transposition, and stylistic authenticity. Projects will include worship song arrangements, harmonic adaptations, and ensemble charts suitable for live worship contexts. 3 credit hours.
