Welcome
Dear Friend,
As we embark on BUF’s 2025-2026 academic year, I am filled with profound gratitude for the opportunities before us. Our time at BUF is not about acquiring knowledge but about being conformed to His image for a lifetime of service. You’ll cultivate lifelong relationships, make decisions that impact your life’s trajectory, and build a foundation for a future that is meaningful and fulfilling. Together, we can impact the lost world around us as we labor for our King.
We anticipate another historic year in the life of our institution. I am grateful to the Lord for His continued blessing on our university. BUF Athletics begins a new chapter in our institution’s rich history with the inaugural offering of multiple competitive sports. This new generation of BUF Eagles will expand our reach across the state to raise up a new generation of faithful Christian servants. Lord willing, this Fall semester will continue the trend of record breaking enrollment across our language programs and through increased offerings at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels! New sites are being established across the state to serve Florida Baptists which exemplify our partnership with local churches. I urge you to pursue Christ, serve him, and fulfill the calling God has placed upon your life. Let us link arms and embrace this season of life with joy, enthusiasm, and the knowledge that everything we do is for the glory of Jesus.
In Jesus’ Name,

Clayton Cloer
President
