MBA 5070 Current Issues in Human Resource Management
A study on the evolution of human resource management. This course includes a study on human resource management theory, practice, and its legal environment within the 21st century. Topics of discussion inlude human resource planning, acquiring, rewarding, developing, and training employees. Emphasis will also be given to global human resource management, labor management relations, and employee safety. Prerequisite: MBA 5040. Three semester hours credit.
